The Vacaville Junior Wildcats and Junior Bulldogs tangled in their version of the Black and Blue Bowl on Saturday at Will C. Wood High School. In the 8-and-under game, the Junior Wildcats left the Junior Bulldogs feeling blue in a 28-2 victory.
